Many people who are new to this level of self development work often wonder if this will really work.. or is this just all woo woo stuff.

First, the most basic answer to the question will be it will be as effective as you are committed and trusting in the level of growth and expansion that you will allow within your life.

A quick overview is that we have many components that play a role in our growth and change in our lives.  There is the physical part as we are humans living in a physical body.  There is an energetic part as we are all made up of energy right down to the very atom of our existence.  There is emotion part that is basically energy in motion.  We require this to move those atoms.

Since we are physical humans living in an energetic universe, we require a few different components to ensure that we are completing the healing loop.  Energetic tools may vary depending on what is required to ensure that your healing can be completed.  There can be things like ingredients, calling back pieces of your light body and many more.  As for physical tools,  it is all things that your human body can endure.  The action steps to put the energy into motion so that all your components get on board with your growth.

I have been training my intuition for many years now.  Over the last year I have completed massive intensive training from a few mentors that have over 30 years combined in their level of mastery.
